Are you a member of the Island Dunes Country Club?

  • Yes,  part of your quarterly assessment includes membership in the club.   The Island Dunes Country Club is a part of the community, and consists of a nine-hole executive golf course across the street fronting the Indian River Lagoon, a tennis facility and an upscale clubhouse/restaurant.

How are the grounds maintained at Island Dunes Oceanside 1?

  • The grounds between Oceanside I and Oceanside II fall under the purview of the Island Dunes Property Owners Association (POA), and is responsible for the two swimming pools, hot tub, pool area, parking lot (shared by both Oceanside buildings), and Guard House.  The Guard House is manned 24/7 every day of the year and their phone number is 772-229-9500.
